Did you know that there is no public database in Delaware for crime statistics?
It is the truth.
Delaware Online, a news organization, in 2017 started compiling data so that the public would know what was going on and they started tracking shootings.
Let’s look at the last four years under our current AG1.
In 2019, 189 victims, 43 killed, 146 wounded.
In 2020, 318 victims, 69 killed, 249 wounded.
In 2021, 293 victims, 81 killed, 212 wounded, and
so far in 2022, 40 victims, 14 killed, 26 wounded2.
