We are going to talk about concealed carry permit holders today. A lot of people have their concealed carry and a lot of people are getting their concealed carry.
You may or may not know, very specific requirements.
One of them is that the Department of Justice gets to take a position on your application. They get to say whether they are accepted or oppose it, are you a danger to society? Are you a danger to yourself?
Well, within the last year, a whole lot of people have reached out to me as a lawyer, not a candidate, saying that their applications, either their initial one or the renewal are being rejected because the DOJ is opposing their application for something that happened 30 years ago, 25 years ago, late teens, early 20s.
