Why I’m Running for AG

Monday, February 7, 2022: we have to do something right now.

Hey, it’s Julianne Murray and I am here for our Murray Monday Minute.

We have a month in the books.  I’m mic’ed up, we’re trying to get good sound quality and like I said when I started this we are taking questions.

Well, one of the questions that came in was: why am I running for Attorney General when I ran for governor in 2020?

And the answer is simple: we have to do something right now.

We are in an unsafe environment.  Our streets aren’t safe.  Our neighborhoods aren’t safe, and if we don’t have law and order we have chaos.

The house is on fire, the house is the state.  Fire department can’t get here in time.  Am I supposed to just stand here and watch it?  Absolutely not!

This is absolutely a winnable election, I am in it because we need to make a change and we need to make it right now and 2024 is too far away.

Next time on the Murray Monday Minute we will talk about why this is a winnable election.
